Furnace Repair & Heating in Troy
Furnaces, heat pumps, and fast repairs, so nobody rides out a cold night.
Heating help in Troy
Cold snaps around Troy don't announce themselves. A furnace that's been short-cycling a little longer each week will pick one of those nights to give up entirely. We repair furnaces and heat pumps across Troy and the rest of the Triad area, and we stock common parts on the truck, so most no-heat calls get fixed in one visit, often the same day.
A lot of Troy's newer subdivisions came with builder-grade furnaces that start acting up around the ten-to-fifteen-year mark, while some of the older homes near the center of town are running equipment well past its expected life. We see plenty of both, and we're honest about which ones are worth fixing.
Questions from Troy
We do, Troy included, a no-heat call in winter is an emergency and we treat it that way. Call (314) 420-9851 and you'll get Dan, not a call center. Most repairs get handled the same day since we keep common parts on the truck.
It comes down to the unit's age, the cost of the fix, and how it's been running the last few winters. We'll give you a straight answer and a free quote either way. If replacement makes sense, the in-home estimate is free and financing is available.
What Metro East neighbors say
5.0★ Google · 95+ reviews"My regular maintenance company quoted me almost $4,500. I called around and reread reviews, and DMAK's came out the next day, did the repair, and saved me more than $1,000."
"We had Dan out to replace our old system. We'd gotten a few other quotes, but once Dan inspected our system we knew the search was over. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and he gave us a few options to fit our budget."
"Our coil went out right as it got hot out. Another large company tried to give me the runaround, so I called DMAK for a second opinion. They were quick to show, gave a fair price, and replaced the coil same day."
