We cover Troy and the surrounding Triad area with full heating and cooling service. Whether a furnace quit overnight or an AC just cannot keep up, we are a quick call away.

A town that nearly tripled in forty years
Troy was platted in 1819, but most of its homes are much newer. The city had about 3,800 residents in 1980 and nearly 11,000 at the 2020 census, as subdivision after subdivision filled in around town. That means a large share of Troy houses were built in the last few decades, and many are still running their original equipment. The older homes near the center of town round out the mix.
Original builder-grade systems tend to hit trouble around the 10 to 15 year mark: worn capacitors, failing igniters and flame sensors, clogged condensate drains, tired blower motors. Caught during a tune-up, most of those are small repairs. Caught on the first cold night of the year, they're a no-heat call.
Troy borders Glen Carbon and sits right off I-55/70, so it's an easy run from our Edwardsville base. Most repair calls here are handled the same day.
Questions from Troy
Not far. Troy borders Glen Carbon and is a short drive from our base in Edwardsville, right off I-55/70. Most repairs here get done the same day, and we're open daily 8am to 8pm.
On the furnace side: igniters, flame sensors and inducer motors. On the AC side: capacitors and contactors, which wear out fastest after hot summers. Clogged condensate drains are common on both and can shut the system down or leak water. A tune-up checks all of these before they leave you without heat or AC.
Often, yes. Newer homes usually have the wiring a smart thermostat needs, and a good schedule cuts run time while you're at work. If you have a heat pump, it needs to be set up correctly so it doesn't lean on backup heat more than necessary. We can install and set one up during a service visit.
